Pearl oysters are farmed in the Barachois of Mauricoast. They are cleanse in the Depuration facility (in compliant with the food safety guidelines of the Food Act 1999 and 2022 of Mauritius) before being delivered to its high-valued customers in Mauritius. They are 100% organic and fresh.

Oysters are cleanse in the Depuration facility before being delivered to its high-valued customers in Mauritius. They are 100% organic and fresh. We also supply shuck (open) oysters as per client's recommendation. Oysters are a good source of protein, vitamins (like B12, D, and C), and minerals (including zinc, iron, copper, and selenium). Oysters also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart and brain health.

Surf clams are a nutritious seafood option, particularly known for their high protein content and low levels of fat. They are a good source of essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, selenium, and niacin.
